Introduction to Climbing

This course is for those that have never climbed and those who have done only a little. We cover belaying, rope work, belay anchors, runners, abseiling and movement on rock on the 2 day course and may also look at lead climbing on a 5 day course.

Course venue will depend on the weather but many different crag in the NE of Scotland will be used including Sea cliffs of the Aberdeen coast, Moray coast and inland crag at Ballater and Glen Clova.
